About: Multidisciplinary, secondary community mental health team committed to supporting eating disorder recovery for adults, youth and families.

Program serves: Youth <19 yrs. struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorders and ARFID.  Adults >19 yrs. struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorders and ARFID.

Provides consultation, intake, assessment, and treatment. Individual counselling, family-based treatment (FBT), nutrition counselling and psychiatric and medical consultation. Variety of group therapies including recovery/coping skills, nutrition, body image and regular parent/caregiver support series.

Liaises with physicians, tertiary programs in BC and community health professionals. Service and collaboration across the care continuum when people require hospital admissions for/related to eating disorders.

Requires general practitioner (family doctor) or nurse practitioner referral.  Referral forms are available on the pathwaysbc.ca website.
